Roles and Responsibilities
  1. Manage and respond to sales inquiries, ensuring timely and effective communication with potential clients.
  2. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, addressing their needs and concerns, and providing exceptional customer service.
  3. Follow up on billing and payment processes, ensuring accuracy and timely collection.
  4. Supervise the execution of projects, coordinating with team members and ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  5. Handle job inquiries, screen resumes, and schedule interviews for vacant positions within the organization.
  6. Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage other forms of communication, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
  7. Maintain diaries and calendars, organize meetings and appointments, and proactively manage day-to-day work schedules.
  8. Serve as the First Point of Contact for the director, effectively managing inquiries, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
  9. Delegate tasks to subordinates and follow up on their progress to ensure timely and accurate completion
